The Prola beauty, also known as the Red flasher, is a butterfly most commonly found in the foothills of the eastern Peruvian Andes. They have a wingspan of 6.5 - 7.5 cm with iridescent blue/green patterns on the dorsal side of their wings and vibrant red hindwings on the ventral side.
